Management Analyst

Summary This position is in the VA Regional Office (VARO). The incumbent is assigned to the Veterans Service Center (VSC) and reports to the Veteran's Service Center Manager (VSCM) and to the Assistant Veteran's Service Center Managers (AVSCM). The primary purpose of this position is to provide objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative aspects of organizational operations and management. Responsibilities In the position, the duties include but are not limited to: Performs a variety of complex analytical activities to evaluate, develop, advise, and promote improvement in station managerial and personnel policies, practices, methods, procedures, and organizational structures. Researches, provides interpretation, information, and advice on policies and procedures to the VSCM and AVSCM.
