About the Role
This is a hands-on management accounting position responsible for the full accounting function through to trial balance. The role works closely with multiple departments to support internal audits, reconciliations, and compliance, providing strong visibility into how the business operates across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve financial systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Financial & Accounting
- Record day-to-day financial transactions through to trial balance
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Oversee payroll processing
- Ensure accuracy and completeness across the ERP system, Xero, and all financial documentation
- Process and reconcile export-related accounts and supporting documentation
