As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and supporting the year-end audit process. You will work closely with the Head of Finance to improve internal controls and streamline financial processes across our international entities.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts for the group and individual subsidiaries.
- Perform detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Manage the month-end close process, including accruals, prepayments, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and coordinate with external auditors.
