About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Major Projects Development Manager to identify, develop, and secure mid-to-large fire and security project opportunities within a defined region.

Location(s)

Manchester & North West

This role is focused on developing a strong regional pipeline of complex project opportunities, typically in the £250k–£1.5m range , across fire detection, life safety, security, and associated compliance-led systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and owning major project opportunities from early engagement through to tender, design development, proposal, negotiation, and handover.
