Maintenance worker

Our client, a reputable organization in property maintenance and management, is seeking a Maintenance worker to join their team. As a Maintenance worker, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting property upkeep and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Shift:** Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

**What's the Job?**

+ Perform general maintenance and minor repairs to buildings, equipment, and common areas
+ Complete maintenance checklists and maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance
