About the Role
**Job Requirement:**
1. Must be able to work in Guam USA without any restrictions - US Citizens, US Permanent Residents and Residents of Federated States of Micronesia.
2. This is entry level hourly Non-Exempt position, Part Time, $13.00 per hour.
3. Not available to provide US Work Visa and Relocation Packages.
4. At least two (2) years of experience in general building maintenance, construction and/or carpentry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5. Hotel maintenance and supervisory experience preferred.

Manage a team of workers, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects.
