This hands‑on role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional committed to supporting a community of more than 800 residents, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining modern, high‑quality living spaces.
Responsibilities
- Respond to routine and urgent maintenance requests from residents in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and adjustments to building systems, suites, and common areas.
