**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of complex mechanical and electrical equipment by performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues using electrical schematics, blueprints, OEM manuals, and root cause analysis to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
**Can Pay up to $35-40 an hour depending on shift and experience**
**Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex mechanical and electrical machinery using electrical schematics, blueprints, and OEM manuals.
+ Perform detailed troubleshooting on equipment, including PLC troubleshooting, to quickly identify and resolve faults.
+ Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring equipment issues to improve reliability and maximize uptime.
