Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Operations Officer
Location - Darlinghurst
Salary: Upto $95,000 + Super

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-managed commercial and retail asset for a hands-on Maintenance Technician / Operations Officer.

This is a site-based role suited to someone with solid commercial building experience who can support day-to-day maintenance, building presentation, contractor coordination and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily and weekly building inspections
• General maintenance including lighting, minor plumbing, painting and repairs
• Plant room checks and basic plant maintenance
• Awareness of chiller systems and coordination of HVAC contractors
• Reactive and preventative maintenance support
• Contractor and cleaning coordination
• WHS, risk and compliance support including fire safety activities
