In-depth knowledge in mechanical and electrical technology
Proficient in using computer and engineering application software and the ability to learn how to execute it
Able to read and interpret electrical drawings is an advantage
Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Safety are needed
Good communication skills in order to properly relay concerns related to maintenance and operation
Good intrapersonal and interpersonal skills in order to relate well with people from different levels and even from different departments
Good English language skills (oral and written)
