About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Youngstown, OH who can troubleshoot fast, lead confidently, and keep operations running at peak performance in a high-demand manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:
- Maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing
- Strong hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Experience with PLC systems, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Working knowledge of CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs
$26–$28/hour
10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (OT Required)
