The Role
The Maintenance Supervisor leads all maintenance operations across ASD's residential properties, supervising a team of maintenance technicians and managing third-party contractors to ensure properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained. This role is accountable for delivering high-quality maintenance services, protecting ASD's assets, controlling costs, managing inventory, and driving team performance to meet agency goals.
