Maintenance Supervisor

**Description:** As the maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals to determine repair procedures and optimize equipment performance. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
Hiring, training and overseeing workers to ensure effective, timely machine repairs.
Monitoring employee productivity and providing feedback and coaching.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices.
**Basic Qualifications:**
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must possess a valid drivers license
Must have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a maintenance capacity
Must be capable of communicating with all levels of management.
Must be capable of obtaining a Secret Security clearance.
**Desired Skills:**
Knowledge and use of predictive/preventative maintenance technologies and applications.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
