About the Role
Salary Range **$22.00 - $24.00 Hourly**

**Description**
**Position Summary:** Responsible to install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment, conduits, wiring, and fixtures throughout campus.
**This position includes $3,000 signing bonus.**
**Essential Job Functions:**
1. Perform electrical preventive maintenance throughout campus. (Generator, Battery backup for switches, electrical panels, etc.
2. Prioritize work orders for light maintenance including but not limited to electrical components and systems
3. Read Electrical meters monthly throughout campus.
4. Monitor and keep electrical vaults clean throughout campus.
5. Perform work as required for electrical rough and finishes regarding Unity’s campus projects
6. Asist other departments regarding moving of outlets, switches, and low voltage.
