Maintenance Specialist 1

The Maintenance Specialist 1 will be responsible for performing general building, property and equipment maintenance. Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment in accordance with safety and productive maintenance systems and processes

Responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery on site by implementing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance and repair schedule in order to limit down time for production.
• Maintain written records of all maintenance and repairs completed on all equipment.
• Maintain the HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems and equipment.
• Provide emergency or unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production to limit any time delays for production.
