Overview
PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and the Foreman, the
Maintenance Mechanic- HVAC is responsible for the following:
? Respond to work orders in a timely manner to identify and mitigate faults, failures, and
hazards.
? Troubleshoot system failures and execute necessary repairs.
? Read, interpret, and accurately follow technical instructions and operation manuals.
