MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Description

To lead, plan, prioritise and manage multiple maintenance activities andprojects. To prioritise tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team'soverall resources are used effectively and that maintenance project deadlinesare met.

Responsibilities

• To lead the most complex or critical plantmaintenance projects, monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• To evaluate and authorise changes thatsignificantly impact the scope budget or timeline of a plant maintenanceproject.
• To identify and resolve operational problems andminimise delays.
