Position Summary: In alignment with the Mission and Principles of Covenant House Texas, the Maintenance Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of the organization's physical facilities and vehicles. This includes supervising maintenance staff, managing repairs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all buildings and systems meet health, safety, and compliance standards. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for youth, staff, and visitors.
