This role includes managing maintenance staff and contractors, developing preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and managing the building’s physical security systems. The position requires strong leadership, planning, and technical skills to maintain critical infrastructure while minimizing downtime and security risk.
