This role is accountable for setting the strategic direction, driving reliability improvements, and ensuring alignment with group-wide standards. The successful candidate will empower supervisors and technicians to deliver operational excellence, while focusing on long-term strategy, innovation, and performance against both site and group KPIs.
The primary objective is to lead the maintenance function strategically, ensuring the department contributes to site KPIs, drives cost efficiency, and sustains a culture of continuous improvement. The Maintenance Manager must inspire, coach, and empower leaders, while collaborating across the UK/Ireland operations and the wider UNILIN Group.
