Maintenance Group Leader

As the Maintenance Group Leader, you will manage a small to medium group of maintenance employees responsible for the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities, aligned with standard GM maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct appropriate checks and tests, evaluate results, and communicate findings.
• Recommend solutions to equipment or process problems.
• Lead preventive maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Meet schedule and quality requirements.
• Comply with local and national labor agreements.
• Implement divisional and corporate policies, safety, and good housekeeping practices.
• Maintain frequent contact and collaborate with other departments and functions.
• Manage effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Establish action plans to complete jobs and projects; apply GMS principles.
