Job Description
Establish a preventative and routine maintenance procedure and plan
Monitor and record all maintenance activities, alert Plant Director the significant maintenance.
Identify and evaluate when the equipment to be replaced
Maintaining the physical condition of equipment by performing routine inspections and repairs
Repairing or replacing defective components
Performing scheduled maintenance on equipment such as motors, valves, instruments, pipes ect
Installing new pipe, machinery, equipment, ect
Working with contractor for equipment repairing, replacing when needed
Monitoring machinery operation to ensure that it's working properly
Inspecting machines and equipment for signs of damage or wear
Applying preventative measures to the equipment to reduce the risk of future problems
Maintaining inventory levels of spare parts in case they're necessary for repairs
