Multi‑Skilled Engineer (Nights) – FMCG
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 6pm‑6am
Market Leading Salary: £53,500
A growing FMCG business is looking for a Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join its nightshift team. With major site investment and automation plans underway, this is a great time to come on board.
The Role
- Carry out daily maintenance of production equipment
- Respond quickly to breakdowns with fault‑finding and repair
- Log work completed, root causes, and materials used in CMMS
- Support planned preventative maintenance programme
- Ensure compliance with food safety, H&S, and quality standards
- Contribute to improvement projects and suggest ideas to optimise machinery and processes
- Work closely with operations and other teams to ensure smooth production
