Maintenance Engineer An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing facility in Fareham. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, maximising uptime, and supporting operational performance through a combination of planned and reactive maintenance activities. This is a hands-on role requiring strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime. Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and complete repairs safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate maintenance records using the CMMS system.
