About the Role
- Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians and contractors in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- Drive the structured On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) programme for E&I team members to support skills development and competency building
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks for all electrical works to ensure strict compliance with relevant local and international electrical codes, specifications and standards
- Review and approve electrical‑related permits, including electrical isolation, excavation, and instrument‑related work permits
- Lead investigations into electrical maintenance issues or abnormalities to determine root causes, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and address maintenance concerns
