Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating facility maintenance, managing vendors, and supporting strong working relationships across teams. This role acts as the primary liaison between maintenance personnel, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance activities. The candidate will operate machinery on an intermittent basis, including pipe profiling and plasma cutting equipment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the operations and maintenance of facilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, building automation, fire detection and suppression, security, and communication systems.
- Repair equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and rotating equipment.
- Follow and regularly review/adjust the Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) for the facilities.
