Preparation, presentation and implementation of Procedures and Policies and all maintenance related issue are addressed to assist in the process of decision making – as required by Factory Manager / Prod Manager,

Plant Functions

• Ensure plant is always in a state of readiness for maximum operation


• Perform maintenance and repairs as and when required


• Ensure critical parts and spares always available and fully functional.


• Ensure all safety features are functional and entire plant is in a safe condition.

 General Functions

• Ensure plant is operational daily


• Ensure critical spares readily available


• Conduct Daily; Weekly; Monthly; Quarterly and Bi Annually checks as required by QMS


• Ensure all equipment that need to be calibrated, are calibrated and certified.
