About the Role
Manoir Manrèse, a friendly private seniors' residence located near Parc des Braves, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Attendant. Responsibilities include apartment renovations and resident requisitions, as well as other related tasks such as flooring installation, painting, and plastering. We offer group insurance, telemedicine, an employee assistance program, and more.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours Salary: Starting at $24.79 per hour
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Change light bulbs in the common areas
- Clear and salt the entrances
- Make service calls
- Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
