About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Manage day to day issues including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with end users, development staff and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and/or mitigate outages. Perform in-depth analysis of production problems, identifies root causes and recommends solutions to resolve application malfunctions and prevent recurrence. Ensure all incidents, incidents and changes are progressed efficiently and effectively to meet application service levels Help in identifying, coordinating and implementing initiatives/projects that promotes efficiency and optimization of daily processes Proactively identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and/or availability Key Requirements: At least 15 years of Mainframe experience At least 10 years of solid CARDLINK (Credit and Debit Card System) hands-on experience Expert knowledge and experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, MQ Series, Ezytrieve Expert knowledge and use of Mainframe tools suc...
