Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience supporting IBM MQ on z/OS, including hands-on expertise with Queue Managers (QMGRs), queues, and channels in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with z/OS tools and mainframe technologies such as ISPF, JCL, SDSF, JES, and VSAM, with integration knowledge of DB2, CICS, IMS, and TCP/IP.
- Experience in MQ monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support, including alerting, automation, logging, clustering, connectivity methods, and support activities such as incident management, change management, and MQ upgrades/DR.
