Mainframe COBOL Developer - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Mainframe COBOL Developer - Hybrid for an 18+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Minneapolis, MN.

This is an opportunity to join a long-standing Mainframe engineering team supporting a critical Data Distributor Deposits application. The environment is maintenance-heavy and stability-focused. This role involves modifying existing COBOL applications based on product requirements, testing changes, and deploying them into production. Success in this role comes from strong mainframe COBOL and VSAM knowledge, careful change management, and the ability to work within decades-old systems.
