About the Role

Magento Support Engineer (remote) Location: Toronto, Ontario (remote). This role focuses on providing application support for Adobe Commerce (Magento). 
Responsibilities Incident management, bug resolution, performance tuning, environment monitoring, and support for integrations across global eCommerce operations. 
Troubleshoot Magento storefront, Admin, API, checkout, and order flow issues. 
Resolve module conflicts, theme rendering issues, indexing failures, and caching problems. 
Manage incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and apply patches or configuration fixes. 
Support Elasticsearch, Redis/Varnish caching, CDN configurations, and DB performance. 
Monitor logs, queues, cron jobs, and overall system health.
