**Job Title: Production Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team on Kauai Island. The successful candidate will perform a variety of routine tasks associated with our seed research program, including the pollination of corn plants and harvest of corn ears according to established research protocols. The nature of tasks will vary according to the crop stage and will be seasonal. This role requires working both in the field and in shade houses, conducting tasks such as planting, thinning, weeding, tissue sampling, and more.

+ Conduct pollination of corn plants and harvest corn ears as per research protocols.
+ Engage in planting, thinning, weeding, and tissue sampling.
+ Perform transplanting, transpotting, pot or flat filling, plant tagging, seedling rearray, plant cutting, husk back harvest, and pest management activities.
