Machine Operator & StartUp

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator & Setup to join our production team in a **temp-to-perm opportunity in Norcross, GA** with long-term growth potential. This role is responsible for setting up and operating machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment.

**Machine Operator & Setup (Warehouse/Production) – Temp-to-Perm | Train on 1st shift transition to 2nd shift.**

**Pay:** $20–$21/hour (based on experience)
**Training Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
**Regular Shift:** Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
