About the Role
This position offers a starting wage of $23.18 per hour, along with a structured 24-month wage progression plan that provides consistent pay increases. Additional shift differential opportunities are available depending on assigned schedules (A, B, C, or D shifts). Employees receive comprehensive on-the-job training designed to build and expand technical skills, along with clear opportunities for advancement within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role, along with a strong understanding of tooling and precision measuring instruments.
