About the Role
Our Client, a Manufacturing Conglomerate company, is looking for a Machine Operator Level 2P for their Twinsburg, OH location. Responsibilities:
+ Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product.
+ Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks.
+ Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.
+ Frequently interacts with peers and customers (typically internal) to exchange or present factual information.
+ Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
+ Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
+ Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
