**Job Description**
The Press Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial press equipment used in the production of specialty materials and chemical products. This position ensures that products are manufactured to specification while meeting quality, safety, and productivity requirements at the Itasca manufacturing facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up, operate, and monitor press equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Load raw materials into press machines and remove finished or semi‑finished products.
+ Adjust press settings such as pressure, speed, and cycle time to meet product specifications.
+ Inspect parts during and after production to ensure quality, dimensions, and consistency.
+ Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety issues.
+ Complete production documentation, batch records, and quality checks accurately.
