About the Role
Major Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our prestigious manufacturing client based in Failsworth.
The role would suit candidates with previous production or machine operating experience in any of the following;
* Plastics Manufacturing
* Extrusion
* Masterbatch
* Chemical
* Food Manufacturing
* Injection Moulding
Previous plastic manufacturing experience is highly desirable although not essential.
Key responsibilities include:
* To be responsible for the manufacture of all masterbatch to a good consistent quality in line with laboratory specification.
* To be responsible for the manufacture of all masterbatch at the required hourly output rates.
* To ensure that optimum process conditions are repeated at all times and to ensure that the quality of production does not deviate from the required laboratory specifications.
