**Job Title: Technical Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
Join a leading manufacturer of monoaxially oriented heat shrinkable film, vital for packaging and labeling products in grocery stores. We are looking for skilled technical machine operators to work on slitting and extrusion machines. If you have a passion for machine operation and a keen eye for detail, this is the opportunity for you.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load materials into machines before running production work orders.
+ Perform setups, changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting of machines.
+ Work on slitting and extrusion machines efficiently and safely.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 2+ years of technical machine operating experience.
+ Ability to perform machine setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
+ Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts (1st and 3rd shifts).
