Tulos Advisors is a Finnish boutique advisory firm specialising in M&A, transaction support, and strategic legal and financial advisory services. We are growing our team and are looking for a motivated and analytically strong M&A Analyst to support our transaction execution and client work.

About the role

As an M&A Analyst, you will work closely with the whole team on a wide range of buy‑side and sell‑side engagements. You will take responsibility for financial analyses, modelling, research, and client materials, and you will be directly involved in transaction processes from day one.

This role is well suited for someone who has experience in a similar role or who is eager to develop in a hands‑on advisory environment and contribute to high‑quality work in a small, experienced team.
