Responsibilities
- Responsible for the organising, coordinating, supervising, directing, programming and monitoring the works all the M and E including resolve all site and services coordination problems arising from the installation works.
- Development and updating overall project schedule, focusing on T&C and RI Items.
- Assist project team in technical issues and submit proposals to project QP for approval if required.
- Attend and participate in all required meetings.
- Assist to highlight non-compliances related to T&C and RI to the project team (enforcement is under PM) for all M&E traits.
- Diploma / Degree on Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related field required.
- Must have 5 years of local experience who shall act as the M&E Coordinator for all mechanical and electrical works on site.
- Prior experience in healthcare project is preferred.
