Luzon Field Office Program Manager

The Program Manager provides leadership for a cluster of two Area Programs to ensure alignment with the country strategy with minimum annual budget of $0.5 Million and/or more than 2,500 RC. S/he is responsible in integrating non-sponsorship projects with on-going sponsorship funded programs, supports acquisition of grants and private non-sponsorship and its implementation in collaboration with a separate project team as applicable. S/he is responsible in maintaining relationship with the executive and legislative branch of government at the provincial level. S/he ensures that WVDF is represented in Provincial coalitions or networks especially with the Provincial Development Council (PDC) and Church Partners. S/he serves as expert resource or coach on Advocacy, DIME, Child Protection, DPA and CESP and ensures that these are properly implemented with quality in all Area Programs under her/him.
