Luxury Restaurant Cook / Chef de Partie (Good Benefits)

Location: Islandwide

Salary: $2,500 – $3,000

Working Days: 5 days/week (including weekends & PH)

• Shift hours between 10am – 10pm
• Average 55 hours/week including OT
• OT expected during initial opening period as café operations stabilise

• Prepare and execute mains, pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and technique
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
• Support daily mise en place and kitchen preparation
• Assist with menu execution and seasonal creations
• Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage
• Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
