Luxury Boutique Sales & Operations Lead

CHANEL Los Cabos is seeking a Boutique Sales Manager to lead the boutique, drive sales, and manage a team of Fashion Advisors and Stockist, ensuring exceptional client service and flawless operational execution.

Reporting to Fashion Director, you will recruit, coach, and develop staff, oversee back-office functions, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising to deliver the One Boutique, One Story vision while upholding CHANEL standards in a luxury environment.
