Summary The Loss Prevention Professional maintains a secure environment for clients and employees while delivering exceptional client service. Serves as a brand ambassador and first point of contact in store and supports sales and store operations. Responsible for security systems, incident response, back‑of‑house controls, and opening and closing procedures.
Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and employees and deter theft.
Act as a brand ambassador to support sales and elevate the in‑store client experience.
Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to report missing assets and respond to emergency situations.
Perform daily security inspections, equipment and alarm tests, key access controls, and incident reporting.
Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and back‑of‑house operations.
