Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate stock records to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, oversee loading, and unloading activities, and ensure compliance with shipping protocols. Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes, implement efficiency measures, and optimize workflows to enhance productivity. Ensure the quality of goods received, stored, and shipped, and implement quality control procedures where necessary. Enforce safety protocols, train staff on safety procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse/logistics facility. Maintain a clean and organize workplace as per 5S model.
