POSITION PURPOSE:

The Logistics Transformation Manager is responsible for defining and implementing, together with his/her key functional stakeholders, the roadmap to evolve Sephora’s logistics footprint in the Region in support of business growth.With a strong project management load, the role oversees all the life cycle of the project, from the definition to the post implementation phase. In his/her role, the Logistics Transformation Manager is the gate keeper of the logistics best practices and processes across the Region. That includes (but not limited to) preparation of tenders and SLAs with logistics service providers, omni-channel warehouse and distribution design and 3PL management towards superior service at an optimized operating cost.
