About the Role

Key Responsibilities 1. International Trade & Documentation Prepare and manage all transit documentation for machines and spare parts from origin to destination. Expertly review and prepare documents under Letters of Credit (LC) terms for export. Manage Duty and VAT payments for imports from China, ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations. Stay current on import declarations and transport regulations within Spain and Portugal. 2. Shipment Coordination & Monitoring Provide end-to-end monitoring of cargo (Import/Export/Local) and maintain real-time tracking reports. Liaise with the China export team, product lines, and logistics providers to optimize delivery timelines.
