Job Description

• Order & Shipment Tracking: Tracking orders to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and monitoring transportation service levels.
• Documentation Management: Preparing, reviewing, and filing shipping documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitoring stock levels, processing incoming supplies, and updating inventory records.
• Communication & Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact between suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Operational Support: Scheduling warehouse staff, arranging transport, and updating logistics software.
