Product Strategy & Pricing ArchitectureOwn the full product lifecycle for Last Mile delivery solutions in Europe (FR, ES, PT, BE), including local delivery, PUDO (Pick-up/Drop-off), and reverse logistics.Margin-Driven Pricing: Develop and maintain sophisticated profit models (Margin Models) by analyzing cost drivers such as carrier fees, operational overheads, fuel surcharges, and exception handling costs.Define competitive pricing structures (e.G., dynamic pricing, tiered pricing) that balance market penetration with healthy gross margins.2.
